What is the ordering deadline?

When will the pies be delivered?

How long will the pies keep?
The pies are delivered frozen. Properly stored, they will keep in the freezer 6 months or more.
I have allergy concerns. What pies can I order?

What if I have customers who don't want to order something, but would like to support the BMMS Music Program?
Customers can purchase Pie Notes to support the Music Program. Each Pie Note costs $5.00. Customers may purchase as many as they wish. These are just donations, without the purchase of a pie.
What if I have someone that wants to give me the change from their order?
Awesome! You can take their change and gather that on one line with any others change or cash donations and call it customer "Donation". Just add up all the change and donations and enter all the money there. Plus, if you have an amount other than a multiple of $5, such as $4, you can enter fractions like this:
$1 = .2
$2 = .4
$3 = .6
$4 = .8
$5 = 1
Note that .4 or lower rounds down and .6 or higher round up for the pie count. Also, keep the amount to a whole number, no cents please.
Can my customers write a check to the school?
Yes. The check should be made payable to BMMP.
Can my customers pay for their order in cash?
Yes. The student should then bring in one check to cover any orders for which they were paid cash.
Can I pay for my orders in cash?
No. No cash can be accepted by the school. Orders must be paid for by check(s), made out to BMMP, and stapled to the printout order summary sheet.
Can I pay online?
No, the online form is only for tallying student's orders to get a final number of items, total cost per customer and per student. The information sheet printed by the student and turned in with payment by Oct 14th is also reused on Pie Distribution Day.
Where do I fill out the online order form?
Here is the online order form. Use this form to enter each customer's order. Costs are automatically calculated. Please double-check all data entry for errors, then submit the form. Once the form is submitted, print a copy of the submission success page. That page will be turned in at school along with the checks on October 14th. Students should keep their original color brochure with their completed order form to facilitate pie distribution on November 20th.
What if I have more customers than one order form?
You can create as many order forms as necessary to enter all your customers. Please be careful as many web browsers will "remember" your form data and this could cause trouble if the browser helps you and fills in previous customer information. Check your online form very carefully.
What if I made a mistake and I didn't find it until after I submitted my online order form?
Your parent should have received an email when you submitted your form. That email contains a link to your online order form. Follow the link and edit your form and submit it again.
Can I complete the order form on my smartphone?
No, the form is not designed for that small of a screen. It will work on laptops and many larger tablets.
I don't have access to a computer to use the online order form. What should I do?
If you are unable to access the online order form outside of school, please ask your music teacher for options to enter the information. If there are no options to enter the information in the online form, please use the paper form. ALL INFORMATION on the order form must be LEGIBLE and CORRECT. Please double-check all calculations. Turn in your paper order form with checks stapled to it by October 14th.
